How can I report someone for harassment, cheating, or some other offense?

If you believe that someone is acting in a questionable manner, you can report them to us by clicking on the CONTACT A CSR button above.  Please be sure to submit all of the requested information. Without a full account of the incident, we may not be able to take action.  Nonetheless, we will keep this information on file in case more reports about this player come up.

1.     The player’s character name.
2.     Time and date of the occurrence.
3.     A brief description of the incident.
4.     Your Spark ID, character name and email.
5.     A screenshot or video clip of the incident.
